We are having some beautiful up-country botanical gardens "Peradeniya" Haggala" and Gampaha" some of them. Most attractive botanical gardens are Peradeniya and Haggala, cause of the stated of the place and very cool climates through our the year. Lot of foreigners visit Peradeniya garden to see there flowers, trees, lake, sorrouding areas and many more attractive things. Its situated near Kandy Colombo Road "Peradeniya town". Ancient places

Anuradhapura

The ancient city of Anuradhapura was first settled ca. 900 B.C., and served off and on as the capital of the Sinhalese Kingdom when the capital moved further south. The city was quite large in its heyday, and so there is a lot of archaeology to see. The temple complex is surrounded by walls, and is quite busy with monks and worshipers.  Walk from the Sri Maha Bodhiya, past the Brazen Palace to the stupa.

Kandy

Kandy is one of our historical place in Sri Lanka. Capital City of Colombo its take more then 3 hours to reach to Kandy. Lot of nice views you can see when you are travelling to Kandy. Very famous attactive place. Also Dadalada Maligawa our one of ancient pride was held there. Also in 18 centuray before lost to England we have last king held in Kandy and kings items you also see that place.

Kandy Perehara

Kandy Perahara is our traditional festival and lof to foreigners able to see our beautiful tradional Kandy Perehara. Its have there own things and "Basayake Nilame" who guide the Perehara front of the elephants and following

Sigiriya was built by King Kashyapa it has very beautiful view and you can climbed the rock. Very good foreign destination place in Sri Lanka. Lot of foreigners visit Sigiriya to see beautiful pictures. Inside the rock they are having some pictures. Its wayback in 6 centurey. there. Its situated at Near Dambulla Town which is one of the economist town. Good worship place and able to see some good picture drewing by the local artist way past. Dont foreget to visit dambulla temple.






Polonnaruwa  

Polonnaruwa is east cost very attractive place. Past ancient "Stupas" available there. From Colombo its takes 4 to 5 hours reache Polonnaruwa. Lot of ancient statues and old things you can see in that areas. Polonnaruwa built by several kings called "Parakumba, Nissankamalla". Also very large lake "Parkakrma Samddraya " also situated there.                            
     

Down south - Beach area
